Jocelyn has been a Certified Real Estate Appraiser for over 21 years and owns/operates her own appraisal business, Coleman Appraisal. Additionally, she has several years under her belt as a nationwide reviewer with FNMA meaning that businesses across the country look to her to review the accuracy and standards of their appraisers.
As a U.S. Air Force Veteran, Jocelyn is no stranger to managing large scale projects. With her on your team, there is no goal that you cannot accomplish. After her years of service with the armed forces, Jocelyn found a passion in the real estate industry as an appraiser and realtor.

Harry is a top player on our team with his expertise in sales team leadership and negotiations. He is a passionate real estate professional with extensive experience in his field. In everything he does, Harry strives to provide quality services without compromising on values.
He has worked and lived in a large variety of states from New York to Colorado but has chosen to make Dallas, TX his home. His love of the lone star state and its residents has proven to be a driving force for him in this industry.
His integrity, professionalism, and drive to obtain the best possible outcome have continually shown to be a shining point with every client he works with. He will go above and beyond all expectations to provide his clients the ability to reach their real estate goals.
Director of Communications
Maggie has extensive experience in a wide variety of industries. She has over 15 years of leadership and management experience and is a communications and training expert.
In addition to being Green Belt Certified in Six Sigma, she has continually been awarded for her superior organization, leadership, and development attributes. She has received awards and certifications in a variety of fields; including academics, automotive accounting, marketing & design, retail management, and health & fitness industries.
After attending TWU, Maggie found a passion in marketing and design and opened her own business as a graphic designer and marketing expert. Her passion is to help others reach their goals in a sustainable way that will allow them to grow and develop long after Closing Day. She believes that we grow together to become stronger individually.
Maggie originated as a real estate client of Seth Mills. As her realtor, Seth worked tirelessly to assist her in finding her new home in the Carrollton area. In her search for the perfect home, she fell in love with the real estate industry and decided to combine her two passions. She joined our team in 2022 as our Director of Communications and has become an integral part of our team’s communication and business development.
